I studied ITEC Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology leading onto an ITEC Diploma Level 3 in Reflexology. I have additional training in Pre-conception, Pregnancy and Post-natal with Sally Earlam and Spinal Reflexology/Facial Reflexology that I completed at the London School of Reflexology.  Vertical Reflexology Therapy with Lynne Booth for injury and recovery supporting amateur and elite sportspersons.

 

My initial interest in reflexology started with my own amazing experience of reflexology through a “taster” course at my local adult education centre and in the hands of another practitioner.

 

What started as a last resort for a recurring condition became, not only the solution, but also a great insight to what was possible through the knowledge of this fantastic complementary therapy. I researched the background and benefits of reflexology and was so intrigued, that I decided to train as a therapist myself.

 

I have experience with clientele with a variety of different conditions and ailments. As a practitioner, I have seen just how beneficial these treatments are and how much it is enjoyed. I always look forward to meeting new clients and sharing my knowledge and experience with them.
